Job summary

Aersale is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry clerk to support aviation MRO and component documentation. The role involves reviewing assembly levels, processing work orders, and maintaining accurate records in the maintenance database. Strong English communication and reliability are essential.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, sit for long periods, and work overtime as needed. This position is based in Albuquerque, NM and requires compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of date entry experience.
• Proficient in the English language; writing, reading and speaking.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound assembly levels for accuracy and completeness.
• Review RO to ensure clarity in customer instructions.
• Issue Work Orders according to customer instructions.
• Scan, manage, and maintain technical/trace documents in database.
• Configure new data into the Pentagon system.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of computer output reports.
