Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc is seeking a Planner Scheduler for a 12-month contract in Juno Beach, FL with a remote option. The role requires working 100% at the client site in Juno Beach and expertise with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.

You will create, maintain, and progress schedules, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with project teams across engineering and construction to support energy technologies. Remote work may be considered depending on candidate's location and project needs.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 100% on client site in Juno Beach, FL.
• Experience with Primavera P6 software.
• Experience with project schedule creation, maintenance and progress tracking.
• Experience with CPM.
• Experience with resource loading, cost loading and manpower planning.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and progress project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
• Prepare monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule including critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, projections of impacts and recovery plans.
• Work directly with Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, Early Stage Managers and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of all energy technologies.
• Support innovative technologies as a member of the project scheduler/planner group across the entire project life cycle.
• Develop effective and accurate schedules and coordinate multidisciplinary meetings.
• Report to management for a portfolio of projects.
• Interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule.

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project.

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: Onsite (21554) and remote option (21606/21687). It is preferred that the candidate works and reports out of the Juno Beach office, but an exception to work remotely will be considered depending on the candidate.

Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration (21554).

Required:

• Experience Tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing ad‑hoc analyses.
