Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 12+ month onsite contract in Juno Beach, FL. Start date ASAP. This temporary project requires full-time readiness to work at the client's site and relocation as needed.

You will develop project plans, lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress, manage risks, ensure quality, and report status to stakeholders. Candidates should have experience with IT project management, PM methodologies and tools, and QA/risk management.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT project management, with a focus on execution and delivery.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Risk Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project plans and resource allocations. Build detailed plans, timelines, and resource schedules that keep cybersecurity projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams. Direct internal staff, contractors, and consultants so that IT solutions meet business requirements and project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor progress and adjust course. Track project status across all lifecycle phases and revise plans promptly when timelines, resources, or priorities shift.
• Coach and support team members. Provide ongoing direction, facilitate collaboration among team members, and give performance feedback to support employee development.
• Communicate status to stakeholders. Report project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership, and align project goals with organizational priorities.
• Manage expectations and resolve issues. Address concerns and obstacles that could affect delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
• Oversee quality and manage risk. Ensure quality control at every stage, identify and mitigate risks using established procedures, and confirm compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
