Job summary

OVEC-IKEC is seeking a maintenance professional to establish critical path activities, balance balance of plant work, and align labor expertise with job requirements to enhance operating and maintenance efficiency at the plant.

The role involves coordinating resources across plant areas to improve availability and reliability, and assisting in the development of long- and short-range maintenance plans, materials planning, and staffing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish critical path, balance of plant work, and matching labor expertise to specific jobs to improve operating and maintenance efficiency of the plant.
• Coordinate proper resources to the areas of the plant to optimize availability and reliability.
• Assist with development of long- and short-range plans for maintenance, material availability, and staffing.
