Job summary

IKO North America in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to effectively coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance across the plant.

This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and will contribute to maximizing equipment uptime in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare maintenance work orders for scheduled and emergency activities.
• Coordinate required resources including labor, tools, and parts for efficient job execution.
• Develop weekly and outage work scopes for hourly maintenance personnel.
• Maintain and build equipment records, bill of materials, and asset data in CMMS.
• Create, schedule, and close out preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in CMMS.
• Continuously improve and adjust PM programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Track and manage spare parts inventory and equipment documentation.
