Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and ensuring code compliance for subdivisions within the City limits and Extra Territorial Jurisdiction, working independently and reporting periodically.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and present reports to city officials.
• Analyze data to produce reports and maps.
• Consult with authorities and design professionals on land use and development.
• Process plat applications and assist customers.
• Collect and report statistical data on land use and taxes.
• Research property ownership, planning, and zoning classifications.
• Conduct fieldwork such as surveys and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in regional and city planning or a related field.
