Atterro is hiring a Planner – Aerospace Manufacturing in Corona, CA. The role focuses on analyzing drawings to drive production planning, preparing routers, and ensuring accurate documentation to meet manufacturing requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing planning, experience with metal stamping and machining, and proficiency with Windows/Office and planning software. Shift is Monday–Friday, full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 5+ years planning experience in a high-volume job shop environment.
  • Experience with metal stamping, waterjet cutting, conventional machining, milling, and lathe processes preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and planning software.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer drawings, specifications, quotations, and parts lists to determine manufacturing requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and complete routers for production.
  • Verify engineering documentation required to manufacture parts.
  • Work with manufacturing teams to support production planning activities.
  • Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Cross-train in additional departmental responsibilities as needed.

Education Requirements

  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Planner – Aerospace Manufacturing.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to review detailed technical drawings and documentation.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

As a Planner – Aerospace Manufacturing you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
