Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfer activities.
• Sustaining and optimizing Planar manufacturing toolsets.
• Direct experience managing semiconductor equipment in Planar environment.
• Proven track record improving equipment availability, defectivity, yield, and overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Owning and sustaining assigned toolsets, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and Copy Exactly standards.
• Monitoring process control charts, equipment performance, and production metrics to maintain stable operations.
• Driving MOR availability and achieving world-class tool matching performance.
• Supporting new technology introductions through equipment installations, conversions, qualifications, and ramp activities.
• Developing and executing improvement roadmaps focused on equipment health, process stability, yield, and efficiency.
• Leading initiatives to improve tool availability, cycle time, defectivity, and factory output.
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams for technology transfers.
• Fab 11X may include module-level process development to support performance and objectives.
