• Municipal experience: preferred; ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review residential and commercial construction documents for code compliance.
• Coordinate permit applications and tracking through review and issuance.
• Provide clear plan-review comments and correction directives to applicants.
• Maintain permit records and prepare performance reports.
• Assist in updating permitting software and workflows.
