Qualifications

• Licensed Hawaii Pharmacist (unrestricted).
• 1+ years of Clinical Pharmacy, Sales, or Account Management experience.
• 1+ years in Managed Care Pharmacy or PBM.
• 1+ years of Medicaid/Medicare plans experience.
• Proven ability to engage senior management and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Execute pharmacy benefit and ensure compliance with state contracts and regs.
• Develop and drive strategic plans for the health plan’s pharmacy program.
• Analyze forecasting, trends, and financial impact for pharmacy initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external partners as primary Pharmacy SME.
• Guide formulary, prior authorization, and benefit coding requirements.
