University Health Partners of Hawai'i is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Network Manager to oversee collaborating pharmacies within the Hoʻōla Utelehealth SUD program. The role involves working with clinical pharmacists on SUD pharmacotherapy and managing reimbursement and logistics.

The position requires Hawaii licensure, PharmD or BPharm, NPI, and residency training, with 2+ years in clinical pharmacy. 100% remote from Hawaii, 20 hours per week, weekdays 8:00–5:00 with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Residency trained clinical pharmacist.
• Active, unrestricted Hawaii Board of Pharmacy license.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Minimum of two years as a practicing clinical pharmacist or completion of a residency program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow the pharmacist network participating in the HUT-SUD program.
• Work with clinical pharmacists at collaborating locations on SUD pharmacotherapy management.
• Manage reimbursement processes for medications funded by the HUT-SUD program.
• Handle stockpile, inventory and logistical matters for the network.
