Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks a senior pharmacy leader for a Medicaid health plan, accountable for strategy execution, regulatory compliance, and financial performance tied to quality withhold/penalty programs.

The role partners with enterprise clinical and pharmacy operations to ensure consistent strategy deployment across the plan while meeting state Medicaid requirements. Hybrid in-office/remote work is required.

Qualifications

• This role requires PharmD or equivalent experience with active state licensure.
• 7+ years of managed care pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of medication use evaluation principles.
• Drug information skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to perform long periods of computer entry and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy strategy execution within a Medicaid health plan.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance including quality withhold/penalty programs.
• Enhance member and provider experience and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with enterprise clinical and pharmacy operations teams to deploy strategy.
