Job summary

CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing seeks a Plaintiff Workers’ Compensation Attorney for a respected New York law firm serving NYC and Long Island. This role focuses on plaintiff-side workers’ compensation with meaningful caseloads and opportunities for growth.

The firm is very open to bringing on a partner, offering a path for an experienced attorney with an established practice or someone ready to take the next step in their career. Spanish fluency is a major plus.

Qualifications

Admitted to the New York Bar.
Experience handling plaintiff-side workers’ compensation matters.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities.
Spanish fluency is a major plus.
Partner-level attorneys with an established practice are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle plaintiff-side workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution.
Represent injured workers in hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings.
Develop case strategies, prepare legal documents, and manage all aspects of an active caseload.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide guidance throughout the claims process.
Contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
