Law Firms in Los Angeles is seeking a plaintiff-side personal injury case manager. You will handle an active caseload, communicate with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and support attorneys throughout case progression.

This role requires 1–5 years of PI case management experience and a strong grasp of medical terminology. Spanish fluency is preferred, and familiarity with Filevine is a plus.

Formación

• 1–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury case management experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
• Strong understanding of PI case procedures and medical terminology.
• Experience coordinating medical treatment and reviewing medical records and bills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
• Handle client communication, intake, case investigations, and ongoing case updates.
• Coordinate medical appointments, treatment plans, and medical providers.
• Obtain and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Identify treatment gaps and assist with case development.
• Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentation using Filevine or similar software.
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
