Job summary

W3Global is partnering with a well-established Northern California plaintiff-side law firm hiring an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney. The role involves independent case ownership after a bridging period, handling cases from intake to resolution and trial where appropriate.

You will prepare matters for mediation, settlement and trial, while collaborating with senior trial attorneys and ensuring client communication and effective strategy.

Qualifications

• Active California-licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficient with discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new personal injury matters and assist with intake and strategy.
• Manage plaintiff PI cases through the litigation lifecycle.
• Conduct discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement demands and other documents.
• Prepare matters for mediation, settlement and trial; communicate with clients.
