Global Placement Firm is seeking an experienced Lead Personal Injury Attorney in California to build and lead a plaintiff-side PI practice with strong operational support. The role offers substantial autonomy in case selection, strategy, client relationships, and growth, backed by capital and marketing support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience, an active California license, and is based in California.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Must currently be based in California.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and/or premises liability cases.
• Ability to manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Strong understanding of California personal injury law, liability, damages, and settlements.
• Experience developing case strategies and managing client relationships.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong ethics and commitment to client advocacy.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound legal judgment.
• Strong professional reputation and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.
• Manage cases from intake through negotiation, litigation, or trial.
• Assess potential claims and determine case acceptance strategies.
• Develop and execute legal strategies to maximize client recoveries.
• Conduct legal research and analyze liability and damages.
• Oversee collection of medical records, accident reports, witness statements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with medical professionals, experts, and litigation resources.
• Maintain responsibility for case progress and client communication.
