W3Global is partnering with a well-established Northern California plaintiff-side law firm hiring an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney. The role involves independent case ownership after a bridging period, handling cases from intake to resolution and trial where appropriate.
You will prepare matters for mediation, settlement and trial, while collaborating with senior trial attorneys and ensuring client communication and effective strategy.
We've partnered with a well-established and growing Northern California plaintiff-side law firm that is actively hiring an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants more than simply managing a defined set of assignments. The firm is looking for someone who is driven, client-focused, commercially minded and ultimately capable of independently managing plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution and, where appropriate, trial. You'll initially work closely with experienced senior trial attorneys during a 6-12 month transition/bridge period, learning the firm's approach, developing familiarity with its cases and building toward independent case ownership. Once established, you will be responsible for your own caseload and have the opportunity to participate in a high-upside compensation structure tied to the economics of the matters you handle.
Meaningful jury-trial experience is highly valued, but attorneys with strong plaintiff-side litigation experience who are looking to deepen their trial exposure are encouraged to explore the opportunity
The firm maintains offices in Oakland and Walnut Creek, making this opportunity particularly attractive to attorneys already based in the East Bay or within a reasonable commute.
