Orion Placement in Charlotte, NC is seeking a seasoned paralegal to manage plaintiff personal injury matters through the litigation process, working closely with attorneys and clients. This on-site role requires 3+ years PI paralegal experience in NC/SC, strong discovery and trial preparation skills, and compassionate client communication.

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Significant North Carolina and/or South Carolina plaintiff-side litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, pleadings, litigation deadlines, and trial preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, judgment, and time management.
• Ability to communicate with empathy while confidently handling challenging client situations.
• Self-starter who can manage priorities and hit the ground running.

• Assist attorneys with motions, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients throughout their cases.
• Maintain accurate case files while handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Keep cases moving forward by proactively tracking deadlines, priorities, and next steps.

Location: Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys being closely connected with attorneys, clients, and the litigation team.

Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, including significant North Carolina and/or South Carolina litigation experience, and be able to work on-site in Charlotte.
