Solid Rock Recruiting LLC in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a growing plaintiff personal injury practice. The role emphasizes handling cases from inception to resolution, defending depositions, and contributing to trial preparation in a collaborative, on-site setting.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience, with preference for plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense backgrounds seeking transition, and a proven ability to work well

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience required or preferred
• Trial exposure or experience in trial preparation beneficial
• Ability to manage cases independently within a team setting
• Strong communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Collaborative approach to case handling with multiple attorneys

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle written discovery, motion practice, and case strategy development
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys on case evaluation and litigation strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
