Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to join a well-established New Jersey practice. You will manage a varied caseload with autonomy while receiving robust administrative and legal support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of PI experience, NJ Bar admission, and strong writing, negotiation, and client-management skills, with opportunities for long-term growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
• Demonstrated litigation and negotiation experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and client-management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a personal injury caseload from initial intake through final resolution.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Negotiate directly with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates throughout the litigation process.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to keep matters organized and progressing efficiently.
• Pursue favorable outcomes through settlement and, when necessary, litigation.
