Genuine Search Group is seeking a plaintiff personal injury attorney to manage a caseload from inception through settlement or trial, with partner oversight. Onsite in the Financial District of New York City, you will handle a substantial docket and collaborate closely with a partner.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of plaintiff PI experience, is licensed to practice in New York, and can expertly handle cases including dog bites, motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and other premises

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of plaintiff personal injury attorney work (law clerk experience counted)
• Must be articulate and speak clearly, and take direction with confidence
• Experience on the plaintiff side preferred; licensed to practice in New York

Responsibilities

• Handle caseload with Partner oversight from inception through settlement or up to trial
• Caseload of 200-250 cases on the plaintiff side in the long term
• Must be licensed in New York and onsite in the Financial District of New York City
