Job summary

Jobot in Los Angeles seeks a Plaintiff Employment Attorney for an on-site, permanent role. The attorney will handle plaintiff-side employment litigation, wage-hour, and related personal injury matters.

You will independently manage a caseload from inception to resolution, lead depositions, participate in mediations, and negotiate settlements while ensuring compliance with class action procedures. Requires JD and CA State Bar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employment law.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Experience litigating and resolving class actions.
