The firm represents businesses and employers in a wide range of employment disputes and provides practical counsel designed to help clients avoid litigation and effectively defend claims when disputes arise.

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar admission in good standing.
4+ years of employment law experience, preferably on the employer/defense side.
Strong experience defending employment litigation and/or administrative claims.
Experience with California wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and PAGA matters preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
Deposition, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom experience preferred.
Ability to independently manage a caseload and communicate directly with clients.
Strong business judgment and practical approach to solving client problems.
