Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its New Haven practice. You will focus on motor vehicle liability cases representing plaintiffs in New York, with emphasis on trial preparation and courtroom exposure.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D., is admitted to the Connecticut Bar, and has 3+ years of personal injury or auto liability experience, plus strong writing and oral advocacy skills and the ability to manage a high-volume docket.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active CT Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury or auto liability experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day litigation cases.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
