BCG Attorney Search in New Haven, CT seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to manage a diverse PI docket from pre-litigation through trial. The attorney will handle a high-volume caseload, draft pleadings and motions, and guide clients through the legal process with strong advocacy.

Ideal candidates possess a JD, CT bar admission, and 3+ years of personal injury experience, with excellent client service and communication skills to support complex cases and expert witness collaboration.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active CT Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
