Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Buffalo, New York office. You will handle motor vehicle liability cases, manage discovery, motion practice, and trial readiness for plaintiff clients in Buffalo and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, and 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with strong writing and oral advocacy skills and a proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active New York Bar Association member in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and take them to trial.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
