Greenberg Gross LLP, a high-stakes trial firm, is expanding in Phoenix and seeks an Arizona-licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its plaintiff-side employment practice. You will evaluate cases, conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, participate in depositions and mediations, and work closely with clients to understand their experiences and goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Arizona with 5+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research.
• Handle complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals.
• Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial.
• Collaborate closely with firm management, paralegals, and intake team members.
• Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes.

Our plaintiff-side employment practice is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters. We are opening a new office in Phoenix and are looking for the right attorney to join our team to grow our presence withing that market. This is truly a unique opportunity for the right attorney to help establish a new office withing a sizeable nationwide law firm.

What You'll Do

• Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research
