Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced paralegal to support attorneys and help move cases forward in a high-stakes litigation environment.

You will work one-to-one with assigned attorneys, handle pleadings, discovery, and case management, and contribute to depositions and witness interviews. The role requires 5+ years of plaintiff litigation experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).

Responsibilities
