Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP in New Jersey is seeking a paralegal with at least 3 years of plaintiff litigation experience to join our growing boutique firm. You will work one-on-one with an assigned attorney to advance cases and manage discovery.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing case files, eDiscovery, depositions prep, legal research, and coordinating with clients and counsel. Occasional overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience (employment litigation a plus).
• Proficiency with legal research tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate calendars, timekeeping, and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).
