Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP is a plaintiff-side employment trial firm expanding to help more clients with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower issues. We seek an attorney with a passion for workplace justice and a PA license, ready to contribute to case strategy and client relationships.

In this role you will work closely with clients, prepare for hearings, and collaborate with paralegals and management.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in PA and have at least 2 years of attorney experience.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research.
• Handle complaints, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work directly with clients to understand experiences and goals.
• Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial.
• Collaborate with firm management, paralegals, and intake team.
• Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research
• Handle complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals
• Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial
• Collaborate closely with firm management, paralegals, and intake team members
• Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes

Who You Are

• Licensed in PA with 2+ years of experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
• Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow
• Experience or interest in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus
