Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotech with offices in Cambridge, MA, USA and Copenhagen, DK, seeks a Scientist for PK/PD Modeling & Simulation. You will develop population PK/PD, exposure–response, and QSP models to support dose selection and trial design, collaborating with clinical pharmacology, regulatory, biometrics, and outside partners.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in Pharmacometrics, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, or related field.
• Hands-on PK/PD modeling experience with population approaches.
• Experience communicating quantitative findings to cross-functional and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and apply population PK/PD, exposure–response, PBPK and QSP models.
• Run simulations to inform dose selection and trial design.
• Interpret PK/PD data and translate into actionable program guidance.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and respond to agency questions.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to integrate modeling insights.
• Stay current with regulatory expectations and new quantitative methods.
• Issue management for modeling deliverables with vendors/consultants.
• Act as a proactive team player, embracing feedback and goals.
