Base Salary: $70,000

Commission: Uncapped 10% Commission

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Consultant to build client relationships, generate new business, and coordinate private aviation charter bookings.

You’ll manage the charter experience from initial inquiry through flight completion while developing your sales skills and growing your client network.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business through calls, emails, client visits, and presentations.
• Build lasting client relationships and expand your professional network.
• Manage private charter bookings from initial inquiry through flight completion.
• Learn aircraft options, charter services, and booking procedures.
• Monitor flights and departures, including outside standard business hours, to ensure smooth operations.
• Make timely decisions to resolve scheduling or operational challenges.
• Establish sales goals and consistently work toward achieving them.
• Maintain accurate client information and booking details.
