Brooklyn Brewery Corp is seeking a talented and driven Pizzaiolo to support our new pizza program under the Pizzaiolo Chef. Our mission is to create unforgettable food and beer experiences in a craft-beer environment in Brooklyn.

The candidate will work daily with the pizza team, lead dough production, pizza making, and daily operations, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of pizza-making experience.
• Experience operating gas-fired and electric pizza ovens; wood-fired/hybrid a plus.
• Strong dough fermentation knowledge and hand-stretching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work daily on the pizza line including dough production, stretching, topping, baking, and expediting.
• Support all aspects of the pizza department and maintain quality throughout production.
• Assist in menu development, seasonal features, and special events with the Executive Chef.
