Job summary

RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Baton Rouge. The role leads shifts, delivers exceptional customer service, and supports the General Manager in daily operations while upholding brand standards.

You will train and coach Team Members, manage scheduling and labor, maintain food safety, and participate in RPM Pizza College leadership development opportunities. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
