Job summary

RPM Pizza in Baton Rouge is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, support store goals, and mentor Team Members while upholding Domino’s brand standards. The role includes completing RPM and Pizza College trainings and serving as a role model for staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling, labor management, safety, inventory, and operating all store equipment. The position requires evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and 21+ to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate ovens and kitchen tools; manage time and multitask.
