Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino's franchise based out of Charlotte, NC, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead our Hickory-area pizzeria and drive daily operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation.

You will oversee staff, ensure quality standards, manage inventory and scheduling, and strive for profitable growth while upholding Domino's standards. This role offers growth within the franchise and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management; pizza industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
