RPM Pizza is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager to oversee store shifts and daily operations in Indiana. You will support the General Manager, coach Team Members, and ensure service, quality, and cleanliness align with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
