Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, run shifts, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support the General Manager, uphold Domino’s brand standards, and complete required RPM and Pizza College trainings.

You will coach Team Members, help with scheduling, safety, and inventory, and drive initiatives to meet quality and service goals. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+; 21+ to drive per local requirements.
• Completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate ovens and kitchen tools; manage time and multitask.
• Maintain a positive, engaging environment for customers and team.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with GM to achieve store performance goals.
• Work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
