Responsibilities

• In absence of GM, manage all restaurant functions to maintain quality and service; recruit and train staff; discipline when needed.
• Contribute to sales goals through prompt, friendly customer service and effective sales execution.
• Execute shift-level cash controls and assist in managing restaurant profitability.
