Lead Dog Pizza INC is seeking a General Manager for our Domino's franchise at 515 Bypass 72 NW. This full-time role oversees all restaurant operations and drives costs, schedules, staffing, and training while delivering excellent customer service.

A profit-sharing bonus is available based on cost control and meeting goals. Applicants must be 18+, weekend-night availability is required. Paid training and employee discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.
• Employee discounts available.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• You will be in charge of schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring.
• A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based on controlling costs within goals.
