Lead Dog Pizza INC is hiring a General Manager to lead a Domino's Pizza store in North Augusta. You will oversee all restaurant operations, cost controls, inventory, scheduling, training and hiring, while ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability.

This role offers a bonus program and room to grow in a fast-paced, fun environment where you set the example and drive results every day. Weekend nights availability is required for success.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Requires ability to exercise judgment and multitask in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Willingness to manage scheduling, training, hiring and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations.
• Set the example and ensure policy compliance 100% of the time.
• In charge of schedules, ordering, training team members and hiring.
• Profit share bonus is awarded based on cost control within goals.
