Lead Dog Pizza INC is recruiting a General Manager at 1140 York Street NE. It is a full-time store-general-manager position under Domino's Pizza franchise leadership. You will oversee the restaurant, manage costs, staffing, training and customer relations to ensure top performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, product orders, training, and hiring, with a profit-sharing bonus based on meeting cost targets. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling and customer relations.
• You will set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and supervise scheduling, ordering, training and hiring.
• A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based on cost control within goals.
