Job summary

Lead Dog Pizza INC is a franchise partner of Domino's Pizza seeking a General Manager ready to lead the restaurant team in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will be responsible for all operations, coaching staff, and ensuring top customer service while meeting company goals.

Key duties include scheduling, ordering, training, hiring, and maintaining cost, inventory, and cash controls. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on performance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work weekend nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including cost, inventory and cash controls.
• Set examples, enforce policies 100% of the time, and supervise schedules, product ordering, training and hiring.
• Drive profitability through cost control and team leadership.
