Job summary

Domino's is hiring a General Manager to lead a Domino's Pizza restaurant in a high-energy, customer-focused environment. You will drive daily operations, ensuring strong cost controls, inventory management, and exceptional customer relations.

You will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining policy adherence. A profit-sharing bonus is available based on cost control and performance targets.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including cost controls, inventory and cash handling.
• Set example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Schedule, order supplies, train staff and hire team members.
• Profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on cost control within goals.
