Job summary

RPM Pizza in Indiana is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be the first and sometimes only contact for customers. You’ll deliver friendly service, handle orders, and help create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with product preparation, resolving concerns with ownership and care, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
