Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. This part-time role supports taking orders, upholding brand standards, and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and participate in ongoing training through RPM Pizza College while enjoying team discounts and growth opportunities within the Domino’s family.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (work permit may be required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
