RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Baton Rouge to greet customers, take orders, and ensure a welcoming experience while upholding brand standards.

You will join a fast-paced team, deliver accurate orders, maintain cleanliness, and participate in ongoing training and development through RPM Pizza College. This role offers opportunities for growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit may be required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
