RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Louisiana to provide friendly, efficient service at the point of order. This part-time role emphasizes brand standards, a welcoming customer experience, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, preparing products, and resolving customer concerns with ownership. Training, discounts, and growth opportunities are available as part of RPM Pizza College and company

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
