Job summary

Papa Murphy’s Midwest is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a Minnesota store. You will oversee daily operations on your shift, ensure guest service and product quality, and follow the Operations Manual.

You will work with team members at the counter, prep and cashier roles to maintain store readiness. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, accuracy of shift paperwork, labor compliance, food safety, and handling emergencies.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a QSR environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be in proper uniform and ready to take responsibility of shift at the assigned time.
• Proficient at the Counter, Prep and Cashier positions.
• Ensure all team members are in uniform, clocked in and at assigned positions on time.
• Walk-through the store to ensure readiness: clean, stocked, etc.
• Supervise and work with staff to ensure guest service and product quality as per Operations Manual.
• Handle cash securely and ensure funds are properly secured.
• Ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation, safety and security guidelines.
• Ensure labor guidelines and breaks are adhered to, including scheduling.
