Job summary

Papa Murphy’s Midwest is seeking a Pizza Prep Person to join our New Prague, MN team. You’ll perform counter duties, prep pizzas, follow procedures, and interact with guests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety standards, and assisting with opening/closing duties as needed. Growth opportunities exist within our take-n-bake concept.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write at work.
• Basic math skills required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be in uniform at the proper workstation on time.
• Work all counter stations in scramble or station system.
• Read, understand and utilize guest check procedures.
• Make products following portion charts and standards.
• Interact with guests and wrap pizzas properly.
• Gives baking instructions and thanks guests.
• Deliver orders within the 6-minute service time.
• Keep assigned area neat, clean and stocked.
